If you are unhappy in any way with your goods, you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund, less the cost postage.
Goods should be returned within 14 days and unused. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items, although your statutory rights will not be affected. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
When you return goods, it is your responsibility to make sure that they reach us safely. Careful packaging is a must. If you are shipping a valuable item you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Be aware - refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser and, if you decide to swap an item or claim a refund, we cannot stop the payer from knowing.
